Our Story

When we started in 1996 as a process service company serving dispossessory cases in Atlanta, we saw firsthand how slow, fragmented, and manual the process could be. We also saw how much of a difference could be made when you simply found a better way to do things. That belief has guided us ever since.

In 2011, it led us to build Atlanta’s first civil eFiling system, working alongside property managers, attorneys, and the Fulton County Magistrate Court to bring a process that had largely been done on paper into the digital age. Together, we helped reduce the Court’s processing time from nearly two weeks to as little as 48 hours. That experience showed us what is possible when technology is built around the people who actually use it.

More than 30 years after we started, that is still what drives us. We believe the people responsible for managing delinquency should have the tools, information, and visibility they need to make better decisions. They shouldn’t have to rely on disconnected systems, manual processes, or incomplete information to understand where their cases stand or how their portfolio is performing.

Our mission at Connect2Court is to keep finding a better way. Whether that means facilitating the dispossessory process from start to finish in Georgia or developing solutions to streamline it in states like Texas, Colorado, and Maryland, we are passionate about creating efficiency for our filing partners and giving them greater control over their process.

Technology has changed tremendously since we started, but our purpose hasn’t. We want to make a complicated process simpler, give our partners confidence in the decisions they make, and continue pushing our industry forward — just as we have since 1996.

And as we continue to grow, our promise is that we will never lose sight of the people we serve. We will listen to our partners, stand behind our work, and continue looking for ways to make their jobs easier. We will earn their trust through dependable service, responsive support, and a commitment to doing things the right way. That was the foundation of our company in 1996, and it will remain the foundation of Connect2Court for years to come.
